  • Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

4. Order Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate details (name, spelling, dates, design preferences).
  • FIGI is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • Once production begins, cancellation is not allowed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier services.
  • FIGI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • As all products are customized, we do not accept returns or refunds.
  • Replacements are provided only in case of damaged or defective items, as per our Refund Policy.
